These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and all services provided by the service provider ("the Provider"). By using this website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The services provided by the Provider ("Services") are intended to support athletes through physical conditioning, movement coaching, posture improvement, and guidance on daily and training-related movement habits, with the aim of improving performance and reducing injury risk.
The Provider is not a medical doctor. The Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare, and do not involve any form of medical practice.
Users acknowledge and agree that the Services are non-medical in nature.
If a user experiences any of the following, they must consult a qualified medical professional or visit a medical institution prior to using the Services:
The Services must not be used as a replacement for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Provider holds a nationally recognized medical qualification as a licensed acupuncturist in Japan.
However, no medical treatment or medical procedures are provided within the Services, particularly for international or online sessions. The Services are provided strictly in the capacity of a conditioning and movement coaching professional.
The effects and outcomes of the Services may vary depending on individual conditions, circumstances, and compliance.
Users agree to use the Services at their own discretion and responsibility.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider shall not be liable for any physical, mental, or other damages arising from the use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Minors under the age of 18 (the “Minor”) may use the Services only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian (the “Guardian”). By allowing a Minor to use the Services, the Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service on behalf of the Minor.

This Cancellation Policy applies to online sessions, in-person sessions in Japan, and overseas in-person sessions. Please review the following carefully before making a reservation.

In the event that a session cannot be conducted due to natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, or circumstances attributable to the Provider, the client will be offered either rescheduling or a full refund.
