What equipment do I need for online gymnastics conditioning sessions?
A stable internet connection, a device with camera (laptop/tablet/phone), and enough space to move. We'll guide you through setup.

Takato Shimodaira is a Licensed Physiotherapist and Japan National Team Trainer with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in gymnastics conditioning, injury prevention, and movement optimization, bridging Japanese gymnastics culture with scientific conditioning methods. He has supported athletes at World Junior Championships, NHK Cup, All-Japan Championships, and international competitions.

What is the cancellation policy?
For online sessions: 50% fee if cancelled up to 3 days before, 100% within 24 hours. For Japan intensive: 50% fee up to 7 days before, 100% within 3 days. For overseas on-site: 50% fee up to 14 days before, 100% within 7 days. First-time rescheduling is free within the respective advance notice period. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How much do gymnastics conditioning sessions cost?
Online 1-on-1 sessions are $150 per 60-minute session (trial session: $60 for 30 minutes). Intensive Training in Japan is $400 per day (minimum 3 days, travel and accommodation not included). On-site Overseas Support is $600 per day (minimum 5 days, travel and accommodation not included). A free initial consultation is also available.
